MACHINED PARTS

Zoom assists its clients with simple (or complex) machining assignments.  We have extensive experience working with Aluminum and many different types of plastic including Nylon, Delrin, Polycarbonate, Acrylic (PMMA), UHMW (Polyethylene) and Teflon.  Molds are typically machined from Brass.  We have also machined (CNC Lathe) many electrical pins and contacts from pure oxygen-free copper.

Parts have been machined in sizes ranging from approximately 10mm x 15mm x 1mm to 400mm x 600mm x 180mm with details ranging from 0.06mm (60 micrometers) slots (micromachining) up to 100mm diameter holes slots and assorted features.
