Machining and Prototyping Services:

Zoom can also assist with simple (or complex) machining of prototype parts. We can work from a 2D drawing or preferably from a 3D solid model. Typically, we work with Aircraft grade Aluminum (6061-T6). We maintain a broad inventory of different shapes and sizes of this material. We also have experience working with several different types of plastic including Nylon, Delrin, Polycarbonate and UHMW - Polyethylene. Various grades of mild steel are also stocked.
