DESIGN EXAMPLE


This client manufactures computerised Protein Analysers. Prior to the assignment, the part was hand made from glass slides. The client required design changes, prototyping and initial production. Production by Zoom was extended while the injection mould was being finalised and now the part is being injection moulded. All steps prior to injection moulding were handled in-house by Zoom.
